Why No Returns or Refunds?
Each item you purchase is uniquely crafted based on your specific preferences and personalization. As such, these items cannot be resold or restocked, which is why all sales are final.
Order Issues
If your product arrives damaged, is incorrect, or there was an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at info@crafty-guru.com. We’re happy to work with you to make it right.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this time, we begin crafting your item and are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
