How long does shipping take?
Cyprus Orders: Processing takes 5–7 working days, and orders are delivered to your nearest ACS location.
International Orders: Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing and delivery, depending on destination.

Can I return or get a refund for my order?
Because our products are made-to-order and customized just for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery—we’re here to help.
